Do not rush into marriage. Spend some time to look before you leap. Many have rushed into marriage, only to discover the true identity of the person they are living with, at a time that is too late.

Singles, stop messing up your lives because of the money they offer you. Your beauty or handsomeness is not meant for trading. Remember, God, Who gave it to you can call you back anytime. I want you to know that your life is much more valuable than moneyGod always holds the father responsible in any home experiencing trouble. When Adam and Eve sinned, the first person God called on was Adam (Genesis 3:9). Therefore, every family should have a regular worship period. Ensure participation of all family members.

Parents must see their CHILDREN as part of their heritage from the Almighty God and as part of their blessings in Christ. As long as you are a child of God, you are entitled to the blessings of children. No matter what the doctors have diagnosed as being responsible for the delay in your child bearing, God is greater than that report.

Parents and children, if you want an outstanding home, learn to be appreciative of one another. As you do that, God will begin to promote your home. Mothers, don’t sit down commanding everybody without saying “thank you” when necessary to members of your household. If you have a domestic help, who has done one thing or the other for you, don’t just come back from work and begin to shout, blaming and condemning. Learn to show appreciation. Say, “thank you” to that destiny helper. Ingratitude is a killer of family harmony.

Parents, you must put your family first in all things after God and create time for them. Always come home with something to share with your children, whether a story or even the smallest gift. This way you give your kids something to look forward to. The great bane of family life is boredom and that is what leads to dysfunction, affairs, and kids wanting to be with their friends over family.

Finally, to fulfil God’s purpose for your marriage the first step is to accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour. Number two: To be a keeper and a solution provider requires the grace of God and to access that grace, you must be born again. If you want to be born again you need to say this prayer:

“Dear Lord Jesus Christ, I come to You today as a sinner. Forgive me of my Sins. I believe You died and rose on the third day for my sins. I accept You as my Lord and Saviour. Make me a child of God today. Thank You for accepting me into Your Kingdom.”
