Declaration for March 2026: Father God, I thank You for bringing me into March 2026, my month of From Seed to Harvest, a Legacy That Lives On. I step in with faith and holy confidence that nothing I have sown in You is wasted. I declare that every seed of prayer, sacrifice, obedience, and service begins to speak with visible results. This month, what looked buried will rise, what looked delayed will accelerate, and what seemed small will multiply by Your power. I declare that grief will not drain me, but grace will strengthen me, and joy will return to my soul. My steps are ordered, my heart is steady, and my spirit is renewed for the next phase. Favour surrounds me, helpers locate me, and divine alignment positions me for increase. I will not labour in vain, because Your hand prospers my work and Your wisdom guides my decisions. March will produce a clear harvest in my life, my work, my family, and my destiny, and the legacy of righteousness will continue through me with strength and purity. In the mighty name of Jesus, Amen!

Daily Wisdom Devotion: My Past Will Not Control My Future

2 Corinthians 5:17, 1 Chronicles 4:9-10, Esther 3:2, Esther 5:9-14, John 10:10, Romans 5:1-5, Romans 8:28-30, James 1:1-5, John 15:1-11

Men and brethren, the past tense is a grammatical tense whose principal function is to place an action or situation in past time. I don’t know how many of you have made it a symbol of your life in the present and future. Let me encourage you to bring your past to God. Past failures, frustrations, fears and anything else that troubled you. Things in the past may have caused darkness and loneliness. Expectations are disappointed. Relationships become broken and you feel the other person used you and dumped you. Trusted People let us down. There are moments of agony and pain that life brings along as we journey into destiny and actualization. We experience emotions with crushed expectations, loss, disappointment and the agony of wondering why God would let this happen to us at all. The truth is that, you can’t spend the rest of our life dwelling on the past and what could’ve been. Don’t let what once happened get in the way of what is happening. What happened to you is Past Tense.

It’s time to move on and forget about those who forgot about us. We will realize that if they still wanted to be with us, they would still be here but deep down we know the truth. They won’t come back, they’ve moved on with their life. Therefore, when your past comes knocking on your door never answer it. It has nothing new to say. Step out from your past. The scripture declares “Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new” 2 Corinthians 5:17

Let us look at a man who had a past that controlled his present, a man who was not an architect of his past but has become a benefactor of its curses. The bible says “And Jabez was more honourable than his brethren: and his mother called his name Jabez, saying, because I bare him with sorrow. And Jabez called on the God of Israel, saying, Oh that thou wouldest bless me indeed, and enlarge my coast, and that thine hand might be with me, and that thou wouldest keep me from evil, that it may not grieve me! And God granted him that which he requested.” 1 Chronicles 4:9-10. The scriptures above gave us a picture of a man who was honourable in the present with a bitter past but requested for a brighter future. He refused to allow his past dictate his present and to command his future. He did not blame his mother or father. Some of us have sat too long on the window of self-pity, blaming our parents, our environment and others for what we are going through. You must learn from Jabez.

Right where you are, how do you cope with your present knowing that your past carries a basket of humiliation and frustrations and harassment? How do you prepare for a future when you have not yet come out of the pit that you fell into in the past, or maybe you were pushed into the valley by your own Haman (Esther 3:2) and he is still standing to make sure any time your head comes out, he will strike again? Esther 5:14

What do you do when those who mocked and ridiculed you in the past are waiting in your present to see how you will land in the future? What do you do when the witch or wizard in your father’s house that killed your loved ones in the past is waiting in the present to do worse than before? Even when you had left your family, has chased you abroad; they are still nursing a grudge against you for no just cause. Esther 5:9

What do you do when people at your working place had gone at length in the past and levelled wrong accusations that are unimaginable against you to get you sacked because they don’t want to see you in the present doing well and prospering? John 10:10

Does Jesus know that you will have a child that will be used by satan to torture, to harass and to torment you, does he know that there will be demon that won’t let your marriage function?

How do you cope when the shadows of your past is standing on your future?

Do you choose the right attitude in your present even in the face of unpleasant circumstances because your attitude is the archive of your past, the speaker of your present and the prophet of your future? How does your attitude reflect in your actions?

Are you living in the five categories of the Past tense below because your past can present choices to you:

Number One: ‘You can Forget your Past – Unless your past is passed away, you may soon become the past. Philippians 3:12-14. Your past is designed to keep you there; but if you press forward, God has already prepared your future. If you choose to, because life is a kingdom of choices, you can block all memory of the past from your mind. Make a daily habit and it shall become a permanent habit.

Number Two: You can Misuse Your past – You can twist the past for your benefit…gain sympathy, make people feel sorry for you, and use it as a somewhat personal advantage. The people who choose this option are usually as phony as their story but the scripture says, For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind 2 Timothy 1:7. A sound mind can never put you in a pity party condition.

Number Three: You can ignore your Past – You can pretend your past never happened. You can make up your own version of your past and live in a false reality. With the people I’ve seen do this it seems you never really know the true person behind this use of the past. Paul wrote “Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before” Philippians 3:13

Number Four: You can Excuse your Past – You can blame every bad decision you’ll ever make on your past. After all, it was “his” fault”, right? I’ve known people with this excuse who never own up to responsibility…and they always have a reason for not doing so.

Number Five: You can Use your Past – In my humble opinion, as one with a somewhat broken past, the best way to deal with your past is to use it for a greater good. Your story can become His-story to benefit others. The best way out of future public embarrassment is when your past is known before your coronation in life, so that when you become a King, no one will use your past against you. For example, a Pastor who was once a drug addict can use his Past stories to reach others but when you pretend it never happen and you are the holier than thou person, when your past is discovered, your Kingdom of trust will disappear.

Right where you are, from the people writing us for prayers, I have discovered that many believers are going through many challenges, trials, and frustrations because their past is still in the present. Some people cannot move on in relationships, jobs, or family because there is something in the past that is keeping them tied to the present. The truth is that future relationships will experience difficulty if you do not deal with the issues of the past rightly. Many of the fights you have with your spouse right now are probably tied to something in the past that you are allowing to affect the present relationship.

How do we move from a place where tomorrow is not a slave to yesterday? Nicholas Ellen of the Biblical Counselling Coalition describes four helpful principles

Number One: In order to deal with the past, you must not be consumed with desires from past experiences Numbers 11:1-6. You must begin to adjust your desires to fit your situation. Accept that God may not allow you to have what you want right now at the level you desire it. Seek to enjoy what God is allowing you to have while obeying God in the responsibilities He has given you. Accept His sufficiency above your preoccupation with protecting yourself and providing for yourself. You must place these desires in their proper place. They must not master you 1 Corinthians 6:12.

Number Two: In order to deal with the past, you must view God according to His present character instead of your past experience (Genesis 50:15-20). Your view of God shapes your decisions concerning every problem you encounter. If you truly embrace the facts that God is in control, He knows the best course of action to bring about His glory and your greatest good, and God always has your best interest at heart, it could change your perspective of the past. (Romans 8:28). (Romans 5:1-5, Romans 8:28-30, James 1:1-5, John 15:1-11).

Number Three. In order to deal with the past, you must confess and repent of present sinful attitudes, words, and actions toward past experiences (Proverbs 28:13-14). Look at the sinful belief system you have developed towards God and others as a result of the past and acknowledge it to God while turning away from it and replacing it with the right belief system (Romans 12:2-3). You must identify your present ungodly ways of speaking, which developed from the past experience, and turn away from it (Ephesians 4:29). If there is sarcasm, criticism, or just plain old negativism in relation to your conversations about the past, confess it, and replace it with thanksgiving and praise for God and His plan (1Thessalonians 5:18).

Number Four: In order to deal with the past, you must pursue the prize of being with and knowing Jesus Christ (Philippians 3:7-14). You must consider the treasure of this life as nothing compared to knowing Christ. What you want from the past cannot compare to what Christ will provide in the future. The pain you have been running from cannot compare to the pleasure you can run to with Christ Jesus in the present. Wanting someone from the past to treat you right can’t compare to God treating you right forever in paradise. Consumed with wishing the way things could have been if the person would not have done what he or she did will not compare to what it will be like in Heaven with Christ Jesus. You must set your mind on things above instead of things below (Colossians 3:1-4).

Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might (Ephesians 6:10). Let me declare that, the man who stands fighting with the strength of the Lord cannot be limited by his past. Therefore, I decree, every past holding shall hold you no more, it is a past tense.

Concluding Prayer: My Past Will Not Control My Future: Awesomely Awesome God, I thank You because my tomorrow will not be chained to my yesterday. I come before You asking for mercy and forgiveness for every past sin, every mistake, every wrong step, and anything I may have done knowingly or unknowingly from childhood until now. Let nothing from my past rise to stand against my present or my future. I plead the blood of Jesus over my life and declare that the past is over and no longer has power over me. Lord, let every force pulling my destiny backward be destroyed. Let every power of darkness assigned to delay, frustrate, or manipulate my progress be scattered. I cancel every activity of darkness working against my life through dreams or through any visible or invisible chain. Let every evil hold be broken by Your mighty power. Father, separate me completely from every negative word, every past confession, and every former bondage that may be speaking against my life today. By Your grace, I move forward in freedom, healing, restoration, and victory. In Jesus’ mighty Name, Amen.🔥🙏✨

Awesomely Awesome God, thank You for bringing me to a new decade, new month and a new Season of dramatic change of story. I announce, all through the month of March 2026, The month of “From Seed to Harvest: A Legacy That Lives On”, what looked buried will rise, what looked delayed will accelerate, and what seemed small will multiply by Divine power. 2026 shall be a year of uncommon favour. My encounter with financial fortune this month will be a story I will tell. Whatever is preventing my breakthrough shall not escape the visitation of Heaven this month. I declare, no more losses, no more stagnation, no more bus-stop because I shall witness the power of resurrection in the name of Jesus. I shall be enthroned and celebrated everywhere I go and experience a consistent growth, supernatural break forth and multiples of favour in all areas of life. It shall be stagnation, sickness free and crisis free month, poverty shall miss my dwelling and all my mockers shall dance and sing for me during my testimony time in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Lord, I declare that I am a favoured child of my Father God, therefore I shall not fail in life in Jesus’ name. No witch or wizard will truncate my destiny. Father God, my desire this March 2026 shall come to pass as I draw closer to You for my empowerment. Bless my vow. Teach me how to have a relationship with You in the presence of the Holy Spirit to do business with You in the atmosphere of business as my Prince of Peace. Make me a change maker, result-oriented believer, business maker and career maker in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Father, release Your anointing in all the places this commission shall be ministering. Grant us wisdom and financial increase to make things happen. Father, through the spoken word continually heal the sick, save the lost and release the Power to raise the dead in Jesus’ name.

Father Bless the family of Daddy Uma Ukpai with wisdom. Bless Prof. CI and anoint him as he plans and host another One-Million-Man crusade, Uyo Miracle Convention 2026, and grant them both the grace to complete the project/assignment/ministry You committed into their hands. Father, I stand to pray for my nation, Nigeria (Pray for your nation). Lord, visit this nation once again and restore unto us the wasted years. Father, Heal our land. grant us caring leaders, leaders with vision and those who know what to do by Your wisdom in Jesus’ name. Awesomely Awesome God, I declare that I am blessed and fruitful. I shall experience spiritual stability, marital stability, and financial stability; whatever I shall lay hands to do this February 2026 shall prosper in Jesus’ name.

Father, I am trusting You to whisper words of wisdom to my heart or put the resources in my path to help my family get back on track. For what You bring together no man can put asunder, I declare this in the deepest depths of my heart and am trusting Your guidance. My marriage shall see opens door and favour this season. My marriage shall be heaven on earth without stagnation. Therefore, release uncommon marital favour upon my marriage and career this March 2026, in Jesus’ mighty name.

Lord, let Your mighty hand of favour uphold me in all my endeavours. You made a promise that if I pay my tithes and my first fruits, You will take away sickness and calamity and poverty from me and bless me beyond measures. Lord, as I give this month of March 2026 to support Your work, I will not die like chicken, my family members will not die like cows. As I key into this revelation of financial wonder to be a consistent payer and giver especially this March 2026, let my blessings be manifested in grand style in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Lord, restore to me everything the enemy had taken from me in the past years, restore my peace, my praise life, my dream, my motivation, my promised life of favour and distinction in Jesus’ name. The evil that happened in the country will not happen again in Jesus’ name

Father, You know the areas in my life where I need breakthrough. Help me to have patience amidst the highs and lows and the discernment to hear Your voice regarding the steps I need to take. Help me to draw closer to You on this journey and to trust that You will release my breakthrough in Your perfect timing. Therefore, Lord, turn my curses to blessing. Give me a notable and visible miracle this March 2026. I Break the curse of stagnation and let my place of abode turn into a blessing in Jesus’ name.

Father, enlarge my coast. Enlarge my opportunity to utilize my ability and enlarge me with more useful friends, customers, and associates as destiny helpers in Jesus’ name.

Father, Anoint me and announce me with divine presence daily this March 2026, and give me daily result in my entire endeavour. Renew Your covenant of life with me. Keep and preserve me from all manner of evil invention and powers, in Jesus’ name. Father, make me a giver and show me Your glory this March 2026, the way You showed King Solomon as I support this commission in hosting UYO miracle Convention 2026 to win souls for Your kingdom and to heal our land. Grant me a residence in the place of vision and actualization. Make me a partaker in the place of intercession and promote me in a new way today. Let the Heavens be open continually on my demand and let the eagle in me come alive today and begin to fly in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Father God, my declaration today and all through this March 2026 is covered by the blood of  Jesus and in partnership with your servants, I have overcome the devil, my Red Sea, my problems by your blood and by my declaration in Jesus name I pray. Amen and Amen.
