Declaration for April: Father God, this month of April 2022 is declared my month of Settlement. Stubborn situation and circumstances will bow to superior power of the almighty God. My mockers shall join my Hosanna singers to favour me. Father, by my engagement with this commission, no defilement will entrap my destiny in Jesus name. Amen.

Daily Wisdom Devotion: Celebrated Outside but Tortured Inside

Men and brethren, I have seen men of valour, great men and women that we admire, men and women who command troops, men and women who are rich, men and women that most of us tend to follow but have issues inside that becomes a mess to their greatness; we see them Celebrated Outside but Tortured Inside. Let me say that no matter how celebrated you are, everyone in one way or another will face wilderness moments. It’s not fun, it’s not exciting, and it can be frustrating. If we are honest with ourselves, no one wants to go through anything that’s challenging, intimidating and convicting. Most of the time, when we are faced with moments of isolation and loneliness, we begin to question ourselves and God in the process. We start asking God questions and feeling as though we are in the wilderness and no one is around. Can you imagine a once Celebrated Moses in that condition for 40 years? “And when forty years were expired, there appeared to him in the wilderness of mount Sina an angel of the Lord in a flame of fire in a bush” Acts 7:30. I pray that the Lord will send an Angel to you today to bring you out from your wilderness moment.
There is no temptation that you should feel you are powerless against, because God would not allow you to be tempted by something you couldn’t resist. If you’re being tempted, in Paul’s thinking (1 Corinthians 10:13), it’s something you are strong enough to resist. I want to announce to you that life has no trouble free zone. Out of five persons you meet every day four of them have problems. They may be celebrated but they have issues. Celebrated men also cry.
Friends, every time I hear my father in the Lord, Daddy Uma Ukpai give his encounter of how God warned him and told him a day will come that He will not answer his prayer, I weep. When that day came, armed robbers stormed into his office and removed every equipment of the printing press, while same day he lost 2 of his children and 2 cousins, same day his 50-seater bus that carried his musicians caught fire, I tell God, Lord, this is too much.
The bible also gave account of a man, celebrated Naaman who occupied a high office and a soldier 2 Kings 5:1-2. A man who was a great warrior; a man who was a commander of his people’s army; a man that had everything anybody amongst us would like to have. Namaan, commander of the army of the king of Syria, was a great and honourable man. He was the chief military commander of a persistent enemy to both Israel and Judah. During the days of Ahab and Jehoshaphat, Syria had fought and won against Israel (1 Kings 22:35-36). His position and success made him a great and honourable man. He was suffering inside and smiling outside. He was a great man with great problems. People envied him. Men bowed to him. They honoured him outwardly but he was suffering inwardly. He was a mighty man of valour but with a wilderness moment. According to Jewish legends, the Rabbins tell us that it was Naaman who shot the arrow wherewith King Ahab was slain.
The great problem against the mighty man of valour is that he was a leper: Naaman had a lot going for him, but what he had against him was devastating. He was a leper, which meant that he had a horrible, incurable disease that would slowly result in his death. No matter how good and successful everything else was in Naaman’s life, he was a leper. “Here was a heavy tax upon his splendour; he was afflicted with a disorder the most loathsome and the most humiliating that could possibly disgrace a human being.
Let us analyze according to scripture what Leprosy was in the days of Naaman. It is on record that ancient leprosy began as small, red spots on the skin. Before too long the spots get bigger, and start to turn white, with sort of a shiny, or scaly appearance. Pretty soon the spots spread over the whole body and hair begins to fall out – first from the head, then even from the eyebrows. As things get worse, finger nails and toenails become loose; they start to rot and eventually fall off. Then the joints of fingers and toes begin to rot and fall off piece by piece. Gums begin to shrink and they can’t hold the teeth anymore, so each of them is lost. Leprosy keeps eating away at your face until literally the nose, the palate, and even the eyes rot – and the victim wastes away until death
Naaman was wasting away even though he was celebrated. Right where you are there are people whom you conclude they had no problem; they dress well; they drive high powered cars; they live in a palace; and you conclude they have no problem. The bible says Naaman was a man that many envied; many were jealous of him; many thought God had favoured him with all the good things of life. Alas! They were wrong. There are diseases that do not show. The bible says he was a leper. Who is a leper? A leper is a social outcast; if a leper proposes to marry your daughter, you will fight like a lion. A leper is the one who cannot sleep with the wife or eat with wife. A leper is the one whose escorts are flies; anywhere he goes the flies would be singing behind him saying this guy is a leper. Have you ever seen lepers on strike; there was a time my Father in the Lord ran into leper’s colony in Nigeria. The government sent policemen to quell the strike; all what some of the Lepers did was run towards the policemen with their wounds and the policemen ran away with some abandoning their guns. The lepers were carrying weapons of mass destruction without metal weapon or chemical weapons. That was when I knew that leprosy is a terrible tragedy.
Naaman was a great man, a Celebrated man but he was a leper. I don’t know what your own problem is? Yours could be that you look happy on the outside but your wall is collapsing. Today, there shall be a divine intervention. When I speak of miracle, I speak in the context of God suspending the natural laws of life to answer your prayers. Every one of us has a core need that requires Gods attention. In life, any man without problem means God has forgotten him and satan has rejected him. Yours could be in your family that nobody had ever had an uncommon success because there is success and there is what we called an uncommon success. When you come to the family where everybody is struggling; you are likely going to end up as a house boy or a house girl. Beginning today, nobody shall ever be a house boy or a house girl anymore. I don’t know whether you have ever gone to a family where there are so many pretty girls; smashingly, gorgeously, mesmerizingly pretty girls but nobody will ask their hands in marriage. Do you know that you were made pretty that one day one successful man will come to the family through you to wipe away your family’s tears.
What I learnt from Bishop TD Jakes talking about Moses actions in Exodus 2:11-25
Number One: Just because you have discovered your purpose does not mean you are ready for it.
Number Two: The day God showed you your purpose does not mean he wants you to activate your plan. What happened to Moses is what happens to people who get excited and run ahead of God. What happened to Moses is what happened to people underestimating the challenge before them. God had to make him go back and repeat the course because he did not understand the class.
Number Three: Just because you are ready for it does not mean it is ready for you.
Moses was trying to deliver a people who were not yet ready to be delivered.
Number Four: God said to them, I will send to them a deliverer who is not privileged and who does not have everything working for him. God uses the unqualified to do wonders. Moses needed to become one before God can use him. You cannot deliver people from a position of your strength. Moses knew about Pyramids and does not know anything about pain and God has to take him to that level and brought him back to greatness. Therefore, you may be down right now but it is not over, you may have no child now but it is not over, you may have no job but it is not over, you will bounce back.
Your decision to take back your destiny and say goodbye to the burden placed by your enemy is a matter of choice and not convenience, a matter of commission and not feeling, a matter of now and not tomorrow? What has the devil stolen from you that need to be taken back? Luke 10: 18. If you know the power of our Awesomely Awesome God in giving him praises, nothing will be impossible, no situation will stand tall at His presence. Mark 9:23
Are we of the generation who are ready for heaven’s instructions because our awesome God is not a respecter of persons but He is a respecter of principles, a giver of instructions? Acts 10:34-35, Proverbs 16:20
It is amazing that a man like Naaman could be a leper. Men and brethren, God does not allow anyone of us to go through life without any problems because those problems will call your attention to God’s presence. Right where you are, you are not alone. You are hearing the word of He that is able to change your lamentation into laughter because the word of God carries both spiritual and physical energy. As you ponder over the word of God, they go through every area of your life and where there is a yoke; that yoke shall be broken, shall be broken. Naaman was a man of mark; a man admired; a man that was celebrated; he was a General. Whatever you are going through; help is already on his way to where you are. Your wilderness moment will cause you to be quiet and in essence, cause you to position yourself in the right posture to receive what thus saith the Lord. The second thing you need to know is that God is setting you up for your blessing. Before God can use you, He needs to strip away those people and things that are hindering you. God promised my father in the Lord, 100 Angels that will be with him anytime he ministers.
And Naaman declared “Now I know that there is no God in all the earth, except in Israel” It wasn’t just the healing that persuaded Naaman of this. It was the healing connected with the word of the prophet. Together, this was convincing evidence to Naaman that the God Elisha represented was the true God in all the earth. Verse 17-19. Do you have a grateful heart in the mystery of your problems? Luke 17
Satan has placed different yokes on people and has enslaved them. The enslavement is making many to sing strange songs in strange land at strange time with strange people in strange circumstances. The good news is that Heaven has granted us the secret of being a strong prayerful, unmolestable, fearless Christian; men and women who have said goodbye to satan and his works; men and woman who have embraced the power of God for generational influence. “And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffereth violence, and the violent take it by force.” Matthew 11:12. It is time to send your tax master away without a funfair. The last thing you need to know is that God will minister to you during your wilderness moment. In addition to ministering to you, God won’t allow you to be defeated because He’s given you a calling. That’s my word for you. Your wilderness moment didn’t come to destroy you, but to strengthen you in God. Help came to Moses and Naaman, I see God sending help to you today.

I therefore re-dedicate my life to You and believe that You are able to redeem my destiny and raise me from death to life, from poverty to prosperity, from sickness to divine health and from nobody to somebody. Lord, when it seems the battle is too much, help me to realize that you are in the same boat with me. Lord, I am here again to take up my cross and follow you. Shake me of my complacency; I want to live daily with an urgency to radically be the change you call me to be. Lord, change my wilderness moment into a kingdom event with promise and delight and celebration. Let my generation celebrate me by your mercy and power in Jesus’ powerful name I pray, Amen.

Awesomely Awesome God, thank You for bringing me to a new decade, new month and a new Season of Glorification. My month of Settlement that will scatter enemies camp and put shame on my mockers, close every negative voices because my overdue miracles shall be delivered speedily without delay and in grand style. Whatever is preventing my breakthrough shall not escape the visitation of Heaven this month. I declare, no more losses, no more stagnation in the name of Jesus. I shall be enthroned and celebrated everywhere I go and experience a consistent growth, supernatural break forth and multiples of favour in all areas of life. It shall be stagnation, sickness free and crisis free month, poverty shall miss my dwelling and all my mockers shall dance and sing for me during my testimony time in Jesus’ name. Amen.
Lord, I declare that I am a favoured child of my Father God, therefore I shall not fail in life in Jesus’ name. No witch or wizard will truncate my destiny. Father God, my desire this April 2022 shall come to pass as I draw closer to You for my empowerment. Bless my vow. Teach me how to have a relationship with You in the presence of the Holy Spirit to do business with You in the atmosphere of business as my Prince of Peace. Make me a change maker, result-oriented believer, business maker and career maker in Jesus’ name. Amen.
Father, release Your anointing in all the places this commission shall be ministering. Grant us wisdom and financial increase to make things happen. Father, through the spoken word continually heal the sick, save the lost and release the Power to raise the dead in Jesus’ name.
Father Bless Daddy Uma Ukpai with wisdom and increase his anointing. Bless the wife and the children. Father, I stand to pray for my nation, Nigeria (Pray for your nation). Lord, visit this nation once again and restore unto us the wasted years. Father, I am trusting You to whisper words of wisdom to my heart or put the resources in my path to help my family get back on track. For what You bring together no man can put asunder, I declare this in the deepest depths of my heart and am trusting Your guidance. My marriage shall see opens door and favour this season. My marriage shall be heaven on earth without stagnation. Therefore, release uncommon marital favour upon my marriage and career this April 2022, in Jesus’ mighty name.
Lord, let Your mighty hand of favour uphold me in all my endeavours. You made a promise that if I pay my tithes and my first fruits, You will take away sickness and calamity and poverty from me and bless me beyond measures. Lord, as I give this month of April 2022 to support Your work, I will not die like chicken, my family members will not die like cows. As I key into this revelation of financial wonder to be a consistent payer and giver especially this April 2022, let my blessings be manifested in grand style in Jesus’ name. Amen.
Lord, restore to me everything the enemy had taken from me in the past years, restore my peace, my praise life, my dream, my motivation, my promised life of favour and distinction in Jesus’ name. The evil that happened in the country will not happen again in Jesus’ name
Father, You know the areas in my life where I need breakthrough. Help me to have patience amidst the highs and lows and the discernment to hear Your voice regarding the steps I need to take. Help me to draw closer to You on this journey and to trust that You will release my breakthrough in Your perfect timing. Therefore, Lord, turn my curses to blessing. Give me a notable and visible miracle this April 2022. I Break the curse of stagnation and let my place of abode turn into a blessing in Jesus’ name.
Father, enlarge my coast. Enlarge my opportunity to utilize my ability and enlarge me with more useful friends, customers, and associates as destiny helpers in Jesus’ name.
Father, Anoint me and announce me with divine presence daily this April 2022, and give me daily result in my entire endeavour. Renew Your covenant of life with me. Keep and preserve me from all manner of evil invention and powers, in Jesus’ name. Father, make me a giver and show me Your glory this April 2022, the way You showed King Solomon as I support this commission in hosting One-Million-Man crusade and UYO miracle Convention 2022 to win souls for Your kingdom and to heal our land. Grant me a residence in the place of vision and actualization. Make me a partaker in the place of intercession and promote me in a new way today.
