Isaiah 6:1-7, Genesis 21:1-2, Jeremiah 30:17, 1 John 5:4, Psalm 105:15, Isaiah 61:7

Men and brethren, every one of us must believe God to show and direct us on how to trust Him. The scripture says King Uzziah’s influence denied Isaiah of his priestly identity. He compromised his office and rated the king above the Almighty God. Yes, he was ministering to God but he saw himself unqualified. The grace of God at times tolerates our ignorance and excuses. Our God is still in the business of qualifying the unqualified and granting them generational influence.

 “In the year that king Uzziah died I saw also the Lord sitting upon a throne, high and lifted up, and his train filled the temple” Isaiah 6:1. The amazing thing is that Isaiah never knew he was unqualified until he had a new encounter. He was very transparent to acknowledge his emptiness and carnality. He was bold to declare, O Lord, I am unholy, unfit for this office and for this assignment. He refused to be blinded by his daily result and popularity. Incidentally, this realization could not happen until the year that Uzziah the king died. He was a barrier, a restriction and an apology. Amazing and thrilling was the truth that Isaiah recognized the state of his mind as a prophet. He was undone. What does it mean to be undone? To me, it means something that is unfit, disqualified, unworthy for any usable value. Yes, God may not count your paper qualifications to use you but He expects you to meet and match His standard of living in the covenant. God has a standard that we must pursue to fulfill our divine assignment. Isaiah declared “And he laid it upon my mouth, and said, Lo, this hath touched thy lips; and thine iniquity is taken away, and thy sin purged” Isaiah 6:7, May God qualify you for divine engagement and power.

I declare, this season, many Uzziahs in your life and family shall die. Uzziah symbolizes all manner of ungodly living, anything in us that takes pre-eminence before God, weakness that queries our testimonies as children of God. Our sin partners and secret friends, carnality, anger and all other negative habits; they must be cut off from our ways for God to have His way. How did Isaiah get over it? He was at the altar, a place of covenant, in his ordained assignment and in fellowship with God who appointed him a prophet. You must do yourself well to abide where God has planted you. Each time an Uzziah is removed, the glory of God is revealed and released for destiny liberation. i declare, the power holding you down shall give way.

The fear of Uzziah is the foundation of destiny barrier, limitation and stagnation. The prophet became corrupted and God’s purpose and assignment was hindered and frustrated. The spirit of a true prophet will not be manipulated and entangled for too long. God has a way of coming into it to reclaim His purpose and mission. That is why our commission has no business judging men and women of God but we stick to the whole truth of the scriptures. The reason is that when God wants to punish them, He will also punish you for touching his anointed. 1 Chronicles 16:22, Psalm 105:15. Therefore, anyone sent to humiliate you and take what belongs to you shall regret it. 

Right where you are, inner change provokes outward change. No change takes place in the world until there is change in heaven. Isaiah needed to have a new revelation of God to know how to reach the people for God. He was too used to his old pattern and approach in his priestly office. We need to upgrade our relationship with God to be able to contend with forces of life. We need spiritual upgrading, mental upgrading, daily reasoning and re-orientation, no matter our cultural values and demand.

Everyone has a problem of the king factor. The king factor might be your friend, family, colleague etc. Isaiah could not tell the king the truth and so God killed the king. God can kill to allow you to do what He has created you to do on the earth. Anyone or anything around you that will not let you do the right thing is at risk this month. Any family altar that has stood against your destiny shall collapse this month. God can kill to have His way. This is your season of new song. The scripture says “And the LORD visited Sarah as he had said, and the LORD did unto Sarah as he had spoken. For Sarah conceived, and bare Abraham a son in his old age, at the set time of which God had spoken to him. Genesis 21:1-2. Heaven shall visit you this month. Those that called you barren shall see you become fruitful. That sickness that has defiled medical reasoning shall obey the word of God. For God has declared “For I will restore health to you, and your wounds I will heal, declares the Lord, because they have called you an outcast: ‘It is Zion, for whom no one cares!’ Jeremiah 30:17

Your faith shall be strengthened; your weakness shall be overshadowed by the power of God “For everyone who has been born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world—our faith.” 1 John 5:4. “Instead of your shame there shall be a double portion; instead of dishonor they shall rejoice in their lot; therefore in their land they shall possess a double portion; they shall have everlasting joy.” Isaiah 61:7

This new season, the Uzziah of your life and family shall die and be destroyed. Your life, assignment and marriage shall be liberated from the spirit of Uzziah. I see you begin a journey to actualization of your dream and your assignment on earth. This is your season of a new song.
