Bible Study: Fresh wind for Impact:
Worship song for Today: What do You believe in
Daily Wisdom Devotion: Fresh wind for Impact:
Acts 2:2, Gen 1:2, John 3:8, John 14:16-17, I Sam 10:6, 2 Cor 3:17, 1 Cor 2:11-16, Acts 1:8, Acts 2:1-4, I Chronicle 14: 8-17.
Men and brethren, the best time to see The Move of the Holy Spirit at a higher velocity and frequency is now that we are in the Season of Fresh wind for Impact: Are you Ready for the Fresh wind for Impact:? We must allow the wind of God to blow over us and over everything that concern us. The church must move from material possessions to Power possession, from religious gathering to Power gathering and from pity party to grace celebration. May you not disappoint destiny. May the voice of Heaven thunder against those who have gathered against you and the Church.
The scripture says “And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting” Acts 2:2. The Apostles were in the Season of Fresh wind for Impact:. They got together and got connected to the move of the Spirit. How do we relate the Wind and the Spirit? The wind represents the presence of the Holy Spirit. The Hebrew word behind spirit is ruach, and it means “air in motion.” It is the same word for “breath.” It also means “life. Wind is moving air, and this fresh air is needed continually for life itself and so is the Spirit Genesis 1:2. Wind has no material shape or form. It is invisible; we cannot see the source or the destination of the wind and so is the Spirit but you can see what the Spirit and the wind is affecting (John 3:8), meaning that the wind attracts and enforces evidence and it is only an idiot that follows a man without evidence. Wind is a powerful force. It cannot be stopped or controlled by people. Likewise, the Holy Spirit is not subject to human control. The moving of the Holy Spirit is God at work. Right now, I see deliverance of people with chronic cases receiving attention. May your answers come speedily. May God take over your battle.
There is great variety of miracles in the Season of Fresh wind for Impact:. It may be a soft whisper gently rustling the leaves on the trees, or it may be a hurricane uprooting trees. Likewise, the Holy Spirit may gently bring a person to Christ, such as a little child raised in a Christian home, or he may work in some climactic, dramatic way to bring conviction and conversion to the hardened sinner. John 14:16-17. I see every incantation planted as a toy, a tree in your family uprooted this day in the name of JESUS.
God instructed David to get connected to the Season of Fresh wind for Impact: even though he had fought the same Philistine and defeated them, but got another revelation and direction because he inquired of the Lord afresh. I chronicle 14: 8-17. You cannot come into new beginning if you are stuck in old stuff. New levels require new wind, new direction by the Spirit. David needed to know if the fight belongs to him, he wanted to be assured that he has the liberty to go fighting. 2 Corinthians 3:17
Are you fighting the battle that is not your fight when you have not heard from the Spirit? Do you major in the minor? Or have you become methodical in thinking? We are encouraged not to stop in the spectacular that we saw yesterday but that we should operate in the practical, in the now. Time has come for you to stop Sunday morning religion and focus on seeing evidences because it is the Pentecost that releases the power of the resurrection. 1 Corinthians 2:11-12. Hear me, some people may have used you and dumped you but God will resurrect you in a higher form. you are the next great thing that is prepared to happen in your community.
Right where you are, are you working in the revelation of the word but carrying the wisdom of your parents, the wisdom of yesterday, the trick of yesterday, the armour of yesterday? Let me remind you that you cannot live in the Eagles level and work with a ghetto and chicken mentality. 1 Corinthians 2:13-16. You need Another Move of the Spirit to win the battles of life. Are you Ready for the Season of Fresh wind for Impact:?
When you value the presence of God and His purpose for your life you will manage problems and situations well. Saul wanted the Position and was rejected by God but David wanted the presence of God and became a man that God loves and honours; He was Ready for Fresh wind for Impact:. No wonder David danced, Michal mocked. 2 Samuel 6:16-23, the one who danced became the apple of Gods eye. I see you singing your song and dancing your dance this May 2019. Your mockers shall go barren in Jesus name Amen.
Jesus told the disciples, you have seen the spectacular, but I will send you the comforter. I will grant you access to the wind. Another Move of the Spirit. Don’t move; stay still until you are endured with Power. Some people don’t want God to work and move in their life, they don’t want God to rearrange things, shape them, form them and mold them. They want to be saved and then leave things to suit themselves, but if we truly want to become all that God desires us to be we’ve got to let “The wind blow where it wills” and blow out of our life what He wills. Therefore, Jesus intention is to make you become a partaker of the supernatural Acts 1:8, Acts 2:1-4. I announce, whatever is taking you back to past defeats, past failures, past sickness, past humiliation, by the power of the blood, you are set free today in Jesus name. Let us summarize and appropriate the power of the Holy Spirit as inaugurated by the coming of a mighty rushing wind from heaven. I will share some tips by Pastor Claude
Number One: Wind is used by God to bring His judgment. God blew in a plague of locusts upon the Egyptians (Exodus 10:13). God comes to discipline the unfaithful “on the wings of the wind” (2 Samuel 22:11). The prophet Nahum illustrated God coming in judgment in a “whirlwind” against His enemies (Nahum 1:3). The Holy Spirit blows holy breeze into the lives of sinners seeking to convict them of their sin (John 16:8-11).
Number Two: Wind is used by God to end God’s judgment. The Lord sent wind to dry up the waters of the Flood of judgment (Genesis 8:1). He used wind to blow locusts in as well as blow them out during His plagues on Egypt (Exodus 10:13 and 19). Like a great vacuum the Spirit draws people toward Jesus where they can find salvation from the judgment of sin.
Number Three: God uses the wind to bring a blessing. God used the wind to part the Red Sea so the Israelites could escape from the pursuing enemy Egyptians (Exodus 14:21). In the wilderness God used the wind to bring the blessing of a harvest of quail for His hungering people (Numbers 11:31). God heard the prayer of Elijah and blew in rain to refresh the droughted land (1 Kings 18:44-45). Like the wind, the Holy Spirit brings tremendous blessing to the believer. The Spirit brings the blessing of the presence of God.
Number Four: The wind of God is Power of God in Demonstration. Elijah was God’s instrument to defeat the prophets of Baal. But after the victory Elijah ran in fear from Jezebel and grew depressed. The Lord got his attention by sending a mighty wind that tore into the mountain where he was standing (1 Kings 19:11). The Lord got Elijah’s attention with a mighty wind. Then He spoke to him with a still small voice.
The power of wind can come in a sudden gust. Wind can begin in a small funnel that builds in strength. There were only about 120 disciples gathered in the Upper Room. They were obediently praying for the Promise of the Father. God habitually uses small things, small groups to manifest His might and power. His does this to make clear the Source of His power.
The power bestowed at Pentecost has had worldwide influence. There have been miraculous healing and prophetic fulfillment. Societal wrongs righted and darkness dispelled by the light of the Lord. The power of the Spirit has moved on people to build hospitals, schools, and bring societal order. But the most significant impact has been the piercing of the heart of sinful humanity with the truth of the Gospel. Millions of souls saved. Myriad disciples made. The Spirit breathed God’s revelation truth in an eternally relevant Book, the Bible. “Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will by no means pass away” (Matthew 24:35). Such power is category infinity in wind strength!
Number Five: Wind is invisible but real. Jesus used the wind to illustrate the Holy Spirit cannot be seen (John 3:8). To this day with all our scientific advances meteorologists still have difficulty calculating the wind. You don’t see the wind coming. You don’t know it’s there until it touches you. You may not see the Spirit, but He is always there.
Number Six: Wind can be used by God to shake us up. A hurricane can be a frightening experience. On the ocean wind can make waves that change a comfortable voyage into a perilous ocean venture. It was a mighty wind sent by God that shook the ship Jonah was in and stopped him from his rebellious retreat (Jonah 1:1-16, Psalm 107:25-30). Jesus can calm the storms in our lives (Matthew 8:26). Storms caused by the winds of God are meant to lead us to Him. The Holy Spirit can use windstorms in life to wake us from spiritual lethargy.
But Satan can kick up storms too. He is limited by God. But he can wreak havoc nonetheless. It was a mighty wind in the book of Job that destroyed the house where Job’s children were dining and killed them all (Job 1:18-19). Where the wind is from is important for us to discern. The powerful wind in Job brought a severe trial. The powerful wind of the Spirit brings power to serve and witness for the glory of God. God can use all things for good (Romans 8:28). That is a powerful statement when you think it through.
Number Seven: Wind moves things. It is the wind that blows into the sails of a ship and moves it (Acts 27:7, 13-18). Even though people can be big and sluggish like ships the wind of the Spirit can move them. A sailing ship without wind is dead in the water. Without the Spirit we can’t move. The Holy Spirit is able to move the unmovable. The Holy Spirit is able to drive us to our destination.
Number Eight: Wind blows away the chaff. Chaff is the discarded outer portion of wheat. Those who harvested wheat took the cut stalks to a threshing floor where they beat them until the kernels of wheat separated from the outer skin. The threshed wheat was then tossed into the air so the wind would blow away the chaff. Chaff symbolically is a type of sin. It represents that which is unwanted, superficial, lightweight, spiritually. The Spirit blows away ungodly refuse in our lives (Psalm 1).
Number Nine: Wind is a sign of the Spirit bringing life. In the book of Ezekiel, the prophet Ezekiel is brought “in the Spirit” to a place where he sees a vision of a valley of dry bones. God directs Ezekiel to prophesy over the dry bones. When Ezekiel obeys a wind comes from God and breathes life into the dead bones (Ezekiel 37:1-14). Just as this prophetic vision pictures God sending a wind to bring life to dead Israel in captivity, so too does the Holy Spirit come as a wind upon Christians who have been trying to minister and serve in their own strength. The wind of the Spirit is a symbol of bringing life to that which was dead or dying. When the wind of the Spirit blows He brings new life to the unsaved and refreshing to those out of breath.
The power of the Spirit wasn’t exclusive to Jesus Christ or the apostles. This power was available to all members of the Church, and they were to use it. Paul wrote to the church in Rome: “Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit” (Romans 15:13). He goes on to describe what this power of the Holy Spirit would enable them to do and become: “Now I myself am confident concerning you, my brethren, that you also are full of goodness, filled with all knowledge, able also to admonish one another” (verse 14). The values you cultivate in your youth working with the Holy Spirit are what will establish you in your adult life. When the Spirit moves, God requires you to Get connected, let the wind of change blow again in your marriage, in your career, in your academics. That job that looks tough shall make you tougher and shall bring out the best in you. I decree, the Move of the Holy Spirit during this Season of the Fresh wind for Impact: it shall announce your wisdom, your skills, and your dream to your destiny helper. Men shall celebrate you because of your encounter with The Anointing. This is your moment to regain all that you have ever lost from your adversary in Jesus mighty name Amen.
